For example, a list of prospects eligible for FHA loans would be communicated to differently than an audience eligible to refinance ARM products. LoyaltyExpress creates creative campaigns and mailings that contain personalized URLs and automates mailings accordingly. When recipients follow campaign details to visit personalized URLs, they are directed to perform previously-determined steps, such as submitting an application, answering a questionnaire or simply requesting additional information. The process continuously detects all recipients who have not responded, allowing for immediate action, like a follow-up e-mail reminder to respond. Once a recipient responds on their pURL, CustomerManager notifies the loan officer via e-mail or text messaging.

CustomerManager continuously delivers leads to loan officers, allowing LOs to immediately engage with phone calls, e-mails, meetings, and other appropriate follow-up actions. It’s an exciting and clearly measured prospect-to-customer conversion process.

LoyaltyExpress delivers reports and metrics on campaign results – including number of respondents, details of loan officers following-up on leads, total number of applications submitted, and total number of closed loans achieved. The system also generates custom reports based on the agreed-upon goals & objectives of the campaign.
